ITC Grant Reimbursement Portal

Submit your Request for Funds (RFF) online. Built-in checks make sure your request is complete before it lands in our queue.

Welcome. This portal replaces the email-and-PDF reimbursement workflow with a guided online form for each of the 14 ITC expense categories. Pick the category that matches your expense, upload the required documentation, and submit — that's it. Your submission lands directly in Yellowstone Teton Territory's records system, and you'll receive an RFF tracking number by email.

How it works

Choose the expense type from the navigation that matches your invoice.

Fill in details
Vendor, dates, amounts, and the approved budget line item.

Upload docs
Invoices, proof of payment, ad approvals — the form tells you exactly what's required.

Submit
Your RFF is logged and you get a tracking number by email.

Before you start

Have your paperwork ready. Every category requires at least an invoice and proof of payment. Some require additional documents (ad approval emails, signed forms, FTC disclosure, etc.). The form will not submit until all required documents are uploaded.
Check your grant agreement period. Invoice dates must fall within your active grant's eligible expense window. Closeout grants have a final RFF deadline — submit early.

What you can submit

Each of the 14 reimbursement categories has its own form. Look for them in the navigation:

Advertising — print, outdoor, TV/video, audio, digital
Materials & Web — collateral, direct mail, website
Events & Travel — FAM tours, individual travel, trade shows
Grants & Contracts — sponsorship, capital outlay
Admin & Other — wages, PR, market research, influencer, training

If you're not sure which category fits, or what documentation to attach, reach out to the YTT grant program manager before you submit. It saves a round trip.

Tip: Most rejections come from missing proof of payment or invoices that don't show the work period. If you have those two squared away, you're 80% of the way there.
